It was New Years day, I walked along the Yuba by Edwards Crossing.  It was a scene I am very familiar with, but this time I saw something new; the still water revealed a totem (when I imagined the image turned sideways) that I hadn't seen before.  This totem seemed to exude an optimism that I embrace and think of it as "Happy Totem"
